The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications & five (5) years of communications experience within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English).
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Writing and Story Telling
- Editing and Proofreading
- Strategic Communications (Communication Planning and Brand Messaging)
- Digital and Media (Social Media Management and Video Content Creation)
- Internal Communications (End-user engagement, Change Management, Feedback Mechanism)

- Work closely with the site leadership, senior communications manager, human resources, and the corporate communications team.
- Develop and execute communications programs that help ensure that staff at the site are engaged, informed, and focused on key business objectives and promote achievements among staff.
- Reporting to the Site Head through the Senior Communications Manager will be accountable to the respective leaders of the functions at the site and to Corporate Communications.
- Build and maintain a close, collaborative relationship with staff in various functional areas and other site and functional communicators to ensure alignment and integration of messages and initiatives.
- Manage social media initiatives and utilize all available communications technologies.
- Effectively execute projects within a matrix environment where multiple customers and stakeholders exist.
- Establish and maintain the site's communications processes, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with HR counterparts regularly to understand how HR activities impact site staff.
- Help lead efforts for regular (quarterly, annual, biannual) staff meetings and leadership meetings, including ensuring that key messages are in alignment with the overall communications plan.
- Assist in developing internal presentations.
