  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications & five (5) years of communications experience within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English).
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Experience in:
    • Writing and Story Telling
    • Editing and Proofreading
    • Strategic Communications (Communication Planning and Brand Messaging) 
    • Digital and Media (Social Media Management and Video Content Creation)
    • Internal Communications (End-user engagement, Change Management, Feedback Mechanism)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
  • Work closely with the site leadership, senior communications manager, human resources, and the corporate communications team.
  • Develop and execute communications programs that help ensure that staff at the site are engaged, informed, and focused on key business objectives and promote achievements among staff.
  • Reporting to the Site Head through the Senior Communications Manager will be accountable to the respective leaders of the functions at the site and to Corporate Communications.
  • Build and maintain a close, collaborative relationship with staff in various functional areas and other site and functional communicators to ensure alignment and integration of messages and initiatives.
  • Manage social media initiatives and utilize all available communications technologies.
  • Effectively execute projects within a matrix environment where multiple customers and stakeholders exist.
  • Establish and maintain the site's communications processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with HR counterparts regularly to understand how HR activities impact site staff.
  • Help lead efforts for regular (quarterly, annual, biannual) staff meetings and leadership meetings, including ensuring that key messages are in alignment with the overall communications plan.
  • Assist in developing internal presentations.
