The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering and five (5) years of exposure to Project Services activities within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Bilingual: (Spanish and English)

- Regulated Industry (Pharmaceutical)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Managed a schedule for engineering, construction, automation, and commissioning & qualification.
- Develop a detailed schedule (Level 3 or above) following the Critical Path Method logic networks that incorporate all phases of project from procurement, design, construction, automation, qualification, and project close out.
- Interaction with subject matter experts, equipment providers, area leaders and others, is anticipated for schedule development and updates.
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings and provide regular updates/reports on progress, activity completion, critical path activities, look ahead works, contractor performance and productivity analysis.
- Interact with Project Manager (i.e. Cash flow, Verify contractors’ progress for invoice approval).
- Participate and lead interactive planning sessions as required by the Team.
- Integrated Project Plan / Integrated Project Management (IPP / IPM).
- Implement the planning procedures in accordance with the project execution plan and corporate
guidelines. - Assess schedule impact related to project change management efforts.
- Risk Assessment and Earned Value Management.
- Evaluate project trends with recommended corrective actions to minimize schedule slippages.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
