• Associate Degree with two (2) years of experience in the regulated industry. 
• License: Journeyman Electrician 
• Support: On-site
• Experience in:
  • Daily operations
  • Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting

  • MCC's knowledge

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Perform preventive maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment.
• Assist other mechanics and electricians with repairs and maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Require the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions, and take corrective action as required.
• Assist other mechanics and operators with major repairs and maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical controls, switching, and motor controls.
• Monitor operation, repair, and maintain refrigeration, water cooling, and air conditioning equipment; boilers, heating, ventilating, and hot water equipment. 
• Responsible for reporting any problems/malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on time.
• Be able to evaluate building systems to monitor and improve performance to operate efficiently.
• Actively participates in emergency response procedures and technical and safety training programs.
