Utilities Engineer - HVAC Systems

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of experience in utilities activities within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in: 
  • HVAC Systems
  • Dry Product
  • Utilities and facilities.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Provide technical support for HVAC systems in the Dry Product PR1 facility, ensuring reliable performance and environmental control.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize HVAC equipment, including air handlers, chillers, exhaust systems, and cleanroom controls. 
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to site procedures, safety standards, and GMP requirements. 
• Review system performance data to identify deviations, improvement opportunities, and potential reliability risks. 
• Support qualification, commissioning, and validation activities for HVAC systems and related equipment. 
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues that may impact production. 
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as work records, change control inputs, and technical assessments. 
• Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety regulations in all HVAC engineering activities.
