 For Reliability services in the Global Engineer area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, at least five (5) years of exposure in the regulated industry. 
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Soft Skills: Organizational skills 
• Shift: Administrative and according to business
• Experience:
  • Spare Parts.
  • External calibration forms (Generate, route, and approve). 
  • GMP regulations. 
  • PM form for new equipment or systems.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Generate the “Asset Finance Form” for new equipment or systems.
• Evaluate the Preventive Maintenance recommended by the manufacturer with the Facilities department.
• Deliver the approved form to the PM department.
• Provide evidence of the approved form to the Validation Specialist.
• Provide evidence of the Preventive Maintenance entry to the Validation Specialist.
• Evaluate the Spare Parts recommended by the manufacturer with the Facilities department.
• Generate and route the Spare Parts Form.
• Provide evidence of the Spare Parts entry to the Validation Specialist.
• Request from the vendor a list of instruments for equipment/systems.
• Request a PO for external calibrations.
• Generate and route the Calibration Form for internal and external calibrations.
• Coordinate external calibrations.
• Deliver the approved form to the Calibration department.
• Provide evidence of the approved form to the Validation Specialist.
