The Technical Part:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred) and at least one (1) year of experience in the medical devices industry.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Soft Skills: Great attitude and strong desire to learn new skills.
- Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Working closely and successfully with manufacturing and process development engineers.
- Lean Manufacturing
- Process Improvement Methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Tools.
- Knowledge on FDA, Safety and other regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Lead assigned process improvement projects through structured approach.
- Conduct process analysis and identify key areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Measure the impact of process changes and adjust as needed.
- Create process documentation and provide training or awareness on new processes.
- Perform ongoing monitoring to ensure process improvements are sustained.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and meetings.
- Identify tools and technologies to support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development of metrics and dashboards to track process performance.
