The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field and at least five (5) years of experience in Project Coordination activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Soft Skills: Excellent Communication skills, and Positive attitude.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Capital Projects - Construction
- Coordination of fieldwork.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Ensure all work is managed in accordance with procedures and work instructions.
- Help clarify and set requirements for design firm’s field support.
- Work with Project Manager to develop a Construction Execution Plan.
- Work with Construction Firm to define field support requirements.
- Set up a job site for pre-construction activities.
- Explore underground drawings and photo file for interferences.
- Participate in design reviews with a focus on constructability and maintainability.
- Review and influence overall design for construction.
- Review invoices (T&M) for accuracy.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and bid openings.
- Request for information change bulletins and field change orders.
- Issue permits.
- Maintain underground and job progress photo file.
- Record daily construction activities.
- Attend construction meetings.
- Expedite Owner furnished material and equipment.
- Review specifications prior to release.
- Oversee maintenance of construction drawings and specifications.
- Manage project punch list.
- Review installed material and equipment.
- Participate in project closeout.
- Participate in verification activities.
- Work with Contractors on warranty work.
