For SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Services 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and five (5)+ years of experience working with SAP, preferably in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
  • Bilingual (English required; Spanish a plus).
  • Strong understanding of process change management.
  • Experience supporting data migration and data transfer from legacy systems to SAP.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance SOPs, GxP, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in:
    • Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
    • SAP functional configuration and support.
    • SAP process documentation and standardization.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Analyze current asset management processes and support the design and implementation of future-state SAP EAM processes.
  • Lead and support process change initiatives related to maintenance and asset management.
  • Execute and support data migration activities ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Configure and support SAP EAM maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Maintenance SOPs aligned with SAP processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP EAM-related issues.
  • Support functional testing activities (Unit Testing, UAT) and ensure resolution of findings.
  • Assist with end-user training, development of training materials, and SAP process adoption.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities leveraging SAP best practices.
  • Participate in project meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communication in English, working with global teams.
