For SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Services

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, operations, life sciences, business, information systems, or a related field and five (5)+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, SAP EAM, or enterprise asset management business processes.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
  • Bilingual (English required; Spanish a plus).
  • Experience in:
    • SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, including practical application in a complex pharma/biotech manufacturing environment.
    • Asset management business processes, including notifications, work orders, planning, scheduling, execution, preventive maintenance, and reporting within SAP-enabled operations.
    • Asset master data cleanup, transformation, governance, and migration readiness.
    • Supporting organizational change management, communications strategy, and user adoption in a major systems transition.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Serve as the SAP EAM subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business, site, and technology stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary business-facing liaison across business stakeholders, technology teams, and system integrator partners for SAP EAM and Master Data Management (MDM) priorities, design decisions, and issue resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional working sessions and user engagement forums to gather site and functional requirements, prioritize opportunities, and shape scalable SAP EAM process and reporting improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP EAM leading practices while helping the organization prepare for future-state adoption, governance, and sustainment.
  • Lead asset data cleanup and transformation activities in support of the PiLog onboarding project.
  • Establish business ownership for asset master data quality, completeness, governance, and migration readiness.
  • Partner with sites, functional stakeholders, data teams, and implementation partners to define standards, transformation rules, validation requirements, and issue resolution pathways.
  • Identify data risks and dependencies that may affect implementation quality, compliance, or operational continuity.
  • Serve as the senior business SME for future-state SAP S/4HANA Asset Management capabilities.
  • Lead vendors and internal stakeholders in defining as-is and to-be business processes, tool design, and decision requirements.
  • Ensure the future solution supports core asset management processes such as maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, preventive maintenance, maintenance operations, and reporting.
  • Provide business direction on technical object structures, asset hierarchy expectations, work management needs, and process standardization.
  • Collaborate with Organizational Change Management partner to launch the communication and engagement strategy for SAP EAM changes.
  • Support stakeholder mapping, communications planning, change impact awareness, and business readiness activities across functions and sites.
  • Translate complex program decisions into both executive-ready and site-practical communications.
  • Influence alignment across business, digital, quality, and implementation teams without direct authority.
