The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and five (5)+ years of experience working with SAP, preferably in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
- Bilingual (English required; Spanish a plus).
- Strong understanding of process change management.
- Experience supporting data migration and data transfer from legacy systems to SAP.
- Knowledge of Maintenance SOPs, GxP, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in:
- Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
- SAP functional configuration and support.
- SAP process documentation and standardization.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Analyze current asset management processes and support the design and implementation of future-state SAP EAM processes.
- Lead and support process change initiatives related to maintenance and asset management.
- Execute and support data migration activities ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Configure and support SAP EAM maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Develop, review, and maintain Maintenance SOPs aligned with SAP processes and regulatory requirements.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP EAM-related issues.
- Support functional testing activities (Unit Testing, UAT) and ensure resolution of findings.
- Assist with end-user training, development of training materials, and SAP process adoption.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities leveraging SAP best practices.
- Participate in project meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communication in English, working with global teams.
