- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and two (2) years of experience within the Medical Devices Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Soft Skills: Writing and communication skills
- Shift: 1st and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Change Control and Troubleshooting.
- Process Validation, Equipment Commissioning/Qualification, and CSV.
- SOP Related to process and equipment.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material.
- Designs the arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure the most efficient and productive layout.
- Designs the sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment, as well as other related functions.
- Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
- May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
- Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action for problems.
- Develops manufacturing processes that apply to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques.
- Ensure Process instructions are accurate, effective, and support compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide technical expertise to define and implement equipment maintenance strategies while optimizing cost, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure the best maintenance strategy on manufacturing equipment is aligned with current operations.
- Revise and own spare parts lists for equipment.
- Develop a preventive maintenance strategy and instructions, and implement.
- Equipment and Process performance metrics (ex. Yield, Downtime, OEE, etc.).
- Change control assessment and requirements.
- Review / Revise Procedures (SOP) related to process and equipment.
