For Overseeing & Improving employee attendance in the Base Business area.

The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least two (2) years of previous exposure in Attendance Management or Workforce Administration activities within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
- Experience in:
- Data analytic & reporting tools
- Labor laws and leave regulations
- Manufacturing environment

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Track and monitor employee attendance using Payroll reports.
- Identify trends and flag potential attendance issues for early intervention.
- Ensure adherence to company attendance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with supervisors to address attendance concerns and support corrective actions.
- Maintain and update the attendance management dashboard
- Recommend and implement process improvements for attendance tracking and reporting.
- Analyze attendance data to identify patterns and root causes of absenteeism.
- Provide actionable insights into HR, Global Health, and Business for workforce planning and engagement strategies.
