For Industrial Engineering services in the Manufacturing area

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & two (2) years of exposure within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • Manufacturing Line layout design (and AutoCAD) 
  • Capacity, Throughput & Bottleneck Analysis
  • Lean Manufacturing & Waste Elimination

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Analyze and design a sequence of operations and workflows to improve efficiency in plant and production facilities, and in equipment layouts.
• Establish methods to maximize the utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• Establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.
• Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
• Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
• Assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities
