For Project Management services for  an Inspection Line Integration 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering with  (5+) years of exposure in Project Management within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry and inspection lines integration expertise.
  • Spanish and English communications. 
  • Experience in:
    • Proven experience managing technology, automation, or manufacturing systems projects in a regulated environment
    • Exposure to system integration projects involving MES, SCADA, and data historians.
    • Prior experience managing inspection, packaging, or manufacturing equipment integration projects.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle execution.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing settings.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Lead the execution and delivery of technology and automation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • ​​​​​​​Manage cross-functional teams through project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • ​​​​​​​Coordinate activities across engineering, automation, IT, quality, validation, and operations teams.​​​​​​
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
  • Track project progress, identify dependencies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate recurring project meetings and provide clear status reports to stakeholders and leadership.​​​​​​​
  • Proactively identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately.
  • Ensure adherence to established project governance processes, including documentation, decision tracking, and change management.
  • Support compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of inspection equipment with manufacturing and enterprise systems.
  • Support implementation and coordination of automation and digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure systems are ready for qualification and operational use.
