WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences with five (5+) years of experience in the regulated industry. 
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in:
  • Cross-Site Logistics: External warehouses and vendors to ensure the availability of project materials.
  • Regulatory Documentation: Creation of material protocols and the technical review of plant documentation within a GMP/Pharma environment.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Confirmation of material quantities required for each of the project activities
  • Coordinate the request, dispatch, and shipment of the material required. This may require coordination between clients, external warehouses, external vendors, and/or other clients sites
  • Generate any documentation required, including material protocols
  • Review project/plant documentation
  • Keep an inventory of all project materials stored across cleints buildings
  • Act as sample owner for sample management in Cispro (transactions, dispenses)
  • Collect Line rejects and/or commercial lot samples for the defect library
  • Coordinate PQA sample evaluation for the defect library
  • Collaborate in test sample preparation and/or generation
  • Identify additional opportunities for testing material supplementation
  • Comply with the project schedule and escalate any roadblocks or issues immediately, including the proposed mitigation plan
  • Provide support in any other related activity, as required.
