WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Sciences with five (5+) years plus of exposure in the regulated industry. 
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Good communications skills in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in:
  • Manage the maintenance planning function to ensure that the work scheduling process is being performed.
  • Instrumentation equipment. 
  • Maintenance Package for Equipment, Utilities and Facilities
  • CMMS Software, preferably MAXIMO.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Prepare a rolling six monthly forecast of major component change outs according to the equipment maintenance strategies. 
  • Continually review the work order history to optimize component change out intervals and eliminate recurring defects.
  • Ensure that Maximo maintenance information, and compliance records are kept accurate and up to date. 
  • Assist in preparing the department annual forecast and maintenance operating and capital budget.
  • Ensure all components and parts are on site prior to the scheduled component change out date.
  • Partner with workshop personnel (both in-house & contractors) to ensure that maintenance works are carried out as planned and scheduled.
  • Manage and create work order/preventive maintenance and training documents for maintenance team.
  • Scope spare parts and submit applicable request. 
  • Evaluate technical documentation to be included with work.
  • Create and improve PM task lists for assigned equipment.
  • Evaluate OEM Documentation and attach to PMs/WOs.
  • Obtains necessary approvals for all types of documents.
