- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences and at least five (5) years of experience in Change Management activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Soft Skills: Excellent Communication skills, and Positive attitude.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of capital construction projects.
- Identify and assess the impact of changes on stakeholders, processes, and systems.
- Collaborate with project teams, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans to address resistance and foster adoption.
- Design and deliver clear, consistent, and targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders are prepared for new processes, systems, and facilities.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after project implementation.
- Identify potential risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure all change management activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials.
