The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences and at least five (5) years of experience in Change Management activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Soft Skills: Excellent Communication skills, and Positive attitude. 
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Experience in:
    • Capital Project Support

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) 

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of capital construction projects.  
  • Identify and assess the impact of changes on stakeholders, processes, and systems.  
  • Collaborate with project teams, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans to address resistance and foster adoption.  
  • Design and deliver clear, consistent, and targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholders are prepared for new processes, systems, and facilities.  
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after project implementation.  
  • Identify potential risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, addressing issues as they arise.  
  • Ensure all change management activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.  
  • Maintain detailed documentation of change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials
