WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:

The Technical Part:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Secretarial, Accounting, Management, or Human Resources) and at least one to two (1-2) years of experience in administrative and clerical activities.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Focus and detail-oriented.
Fluent in Spanish and English language
Experience in:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Administrative and Clerical support for the Accounting and HR area.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

Assist the accounting department, other assistants, and the accounting manager as needed.
Prepare, review, update, and send Word and Excel documents and reports.
Perform basic data entry tasks.
Support the payroll process as needed.
Create and maintain various databases.
Provide support for internal and external audits, including platform audits, system access, account creation, and other related tasks.
Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, organizing files (both hard copy and electronic), and other duties as needed by the business.
Provide information to internal staff, clients, and resources by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity.
