The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or Engineering and over ten (10+) years of exposure in track Construction Management within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Strong verbal, technical writing, and interpersonal skills are required. High energy, self-starter, highly motivated, positive attitude.
- Availability: Fully On-Site
- Experience in:
- GMP manufacturing facilities and FDA standards.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Managing complex construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Serve as the owner representative for the successful execution (on time and cost) of site projects.
- Responsible for overseeing facility construction projects.
- Oversee and supervise facility construction projects and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress effectively.
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, and local and federal regulations are met.
- Effectively manage projects and budgets.
- Establishes and maintains program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and internal and external communications to the organization.
