For Manufacturing Modernization Program (MMP) services supporting manufacturing operations, capital projects, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor's in Science or  Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • At least five (5) years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, capital projects, process optimization, or operational excellence initiatives within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Good communications skills in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in:
  • Experience supporting Manufacturing Modernization Program (MMP) initiatives, manufacturing process improvements, technology implementation, or manufacturing transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations, manufacturing processes, validation principles, and quality systems.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Validation, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Automation.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or similar methodologies is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Change Control, CAPAs, Deviations, Risk Assessments, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Supporting manufacturing modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinating manufacturing process enhancements and implementation activities.
  • Developing and tracking project schedules, action plans, risks, and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, Automation, and Quality to ensure successful project execution.
  • Supporting equipment implementation, process optimization, and operational readiness activities.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Preparing technical documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and project metrics.
  • Supporting regulatory inspections and ensuring compliance with GMP requirement.
