Production Planner

 For Planning & Procurement services in the Manufacturing area.

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six (6) years of previous experience in production planning, supply chain, or materials management within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. 
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
• Experience in:
  • Production scheduling, material planning, and inventory coordination.
  • Production planning principles in a manufacturing environment.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) 

• Analyze data, resolve problems, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Conduct 'what-if' analyses based on regulatory, supply, or demand changes.
• Prepare planning reports, summaries, and presentations for cross functional meetings.
• Communicate scheduling, material, and planning issues to stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure component availability.
• Participate in Forecast, Allocation, Inventory, Supplier, and Delivery meetings.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order acknowledgments, delivery commitments, and pricing updates.
