Construction Project Coordinator

For Project services in the Capitals area

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5-8 years of construction experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills (English and Spanish)
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs. 
• Experience in
  • $250M+ industrial and/or pharmaceutical projects.
  • Constructability and design reviews.
  • Construction safety on large projects

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Work with Project Manager to develop a Construction Execution Plan.
• Work with Construction Firm to define field support requirements.
• Set up job site for pre-construction activities.
• Lead construction meetings and field coordination sessions
• Explore underground drawings and photo file for interferences.
• Procure Lilly permits.
• Maintain underground and job progress photo file.
• Record daily construction activities.
• Attend construction meetings.
• Manage project punch list.
• Review installed material and equipment.
• Participate in project closeout.
• Work with Contractors on warranty work.
