Attendance Management Specialist

For Overseeing & Improving employee attendance in the Base Business area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least two (2) years of previous exposure in Attendance Management or Workforce Administration activities within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
• Experience in:
  • Data analytic & reporting tools 
  • Labor laws and leave regulations 
  • Manufacturing environment

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Track and monitor employee attendance using Payroll reports.
• Identify trends and flag potential attendance issues for early intervention.
• Ensure adherence to company attendance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address attendance concerns and support corrective actions.
• Maintain and update the attendance management dashboard
• Recommend and implement process improvements for attendance tracking and reporting.
• Analyze attendance data to identify patterns and root causes of absenteeism.
• Provide actionable insights into HR, Global Health, and Business for workforce planning and engagement strategies.
