The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree and previous experience supporting procurement activities.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs
• Experience in:
  • Coordinating purchasing activities.
  • Maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Process and verify project-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and required approvals.
  • Monitor invoice status and follow up on pending items.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Assist with preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

• Track orders, delivery dates, and supplier status for capital project materials.

• Obtain quotes from vendors and support basic bid/price comparisons.

• Maintain procurement logs, files, and documentation for audits and project records.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding order updates, delays, or issues.

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure procurement needs are met.

• Verify invoices against purchase orders and deliveries before submitting for approval.

• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and project requirements.
