 For Scheduling services in the Capital Projects area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and at least three (3) years of previous exposure managing Project Schedule activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry. 
• Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communication)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
• Experience in:
  • Managing integrated and highly complex project timelines
  • Identifying and tracking project risks, interdependencies, and critical path
  • Developing and maintaining master schedules across multiple initiative streams
  • Coordinating schedule updates with cross-functional teams
  • Using project management or scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules to support the successful execution of business initiatives.
• Ensure timelines are clearly defined, dependencies are mapped, and risks are identified early to enable proactive decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure schedule accuracy, resolve conflicts, and maintain visibility of the project’s critical path.
• Develop Master Schedules for individual project workstreams.
• Prepare Master Plan presentations for leadership and project stakeholders.
• Analyze Cash Flow Forecasts and integrate financial impacts into project timelines.
• Develop Commissioning Activities Schedules to align with project milestones and resource availability.
• Develop Validation Activities Schedules, including IQ, OQ, and PQ timelines.
• Develop Equipment and Building Start‑Ups Schedules (Media Fills/Hold, Conformance Runs, Building Start‑Ups).
• Prepare and deliver progress reports tracking schedule performance, milestones, and variances.
