The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and (4) four years of experience within the Medical Devices Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Soft Skills: Excellent Technical Team leader skills
• Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs. 
• Experience in: 
  • Test Method Validation (IQ/PD/OQ/PQ) and CSV
  • Manufacturing documentation changes
  • Equipment Validation 
  • Equipment relocation and Incoming inspection.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Execute equipment & test method validations, perform manufacturing procedure changes.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level specialists; may manage projects/processes. 
• Inspects the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action for problems. 
• Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
• Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline. 
• Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. 
• Contributes to the completion of work group objectives through building relationships and consensus to reach agreements on assignments.
• Innovation and Complexity: Problems and issues faced are difficult and may require an understanding of multiple issues, job areas, or specialties.
