• Must be coursing last year of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing Management.
• Fully Bilingual: Spanish & English
• Shift: Administrative 
• Support: Hybrid 30% at office 70% remotely.
• Skills: Creativity, initiative, attention to detail, computer knowledge and experience managing networks.
• Experience in:
  • Writing/Copywriting.
  • Photoshop or Canva.
  • Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  •  Brevo
  • Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and updating social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring online conversations.
• Content Creation: Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and other collateral to support various campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics to inform marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline, to promote brand awareness.
• Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email campaigns, including list management, content development, and performance tracking.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
