The Technical Part:
- Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or related field and at least five (5) years of experience in EHS activities within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Soft Skills: Great attitude and strong desire to learn new skills.
- Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Ergonomics
- Industrial Hygene

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Ensure EHS compliance through inspections, risk identification, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Manage the ergonomics program by conducting evaluations and following up on improvements.
- Support the ISO 45001 system and ensure regulatory compliance and applicable permits.
- Conduct audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments to reduce workplace hazards.
- Provide EHS training, including new employee orientation, and maintain up-to date certifications.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering on process changes to ensure safe and compliant practices.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and emergency response organizations.
