 For Scheduling services in the Capital Projects area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 
The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. A minimum of five (5) years of scheduling experience within the regulated industry (Pharma/Biotech preferred).
  • Solid Communications Skills 
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Availability:
    • Full-time - Works on-site 3 to 4 weekdays at least 2 times a month and travels every other Friday.
    • Hybrid #1 - Works on-site 3-4 weekdays at least 2 times a month, and travels every other Friday. 
    • Hybrid #2 - Works on-site on weekdays for (2) two straight weeks.
  • Experience in:
    • Engineering, Construction, and CQV Processes.
    • Operational Readiness activities
    • Primavera P6 scheduling software.
    • Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
  • Utilize Primavera P6 to create and update detailed project schedules, incorporating tasks, dependencies, resources, and milestones. Ensure schedules are accurate, comprehensive, and reflect current project status.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to gather information, clarify task durations, and align project schedules with overall goals.
  • Track project activities, identify potential delays or issues, and proactively communicate updates to the project team. Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and update schedules accordingly.
  • Use critical path analysis and other scheduling techniques to evaluate project timelines, identify critical paths, and propose solutions to address potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Manage meetings with cross-functional teams to review schedule updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project timelines.
  • Generate regular schedule reports and presentations to communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Assist in developing and tracking schedules for Operational Readiness activities, ensuring timely completion and smooth project handover.
  • Attend project meetings to provide scheduling updates, address questions, and contribute to project planning discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling workflows, implement best practices, and enhance scheduling efficiency.
