Materials Validation Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least five (5) years of previous exposure to Materials Validation activities within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
• Experience in:
  • Materials Validation (Mold qualifications)
  • Supplier communications 
  • Investigations
  • GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Oversee materials validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Qualify molds and materials used in production, ensuring consistency and performance.
• Manage supplier communications to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of materials.
• Investigate material failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure all materials and processes comply with GMP and GDP regulations at all stages.
• Conduct material testing and inspections to confirm adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all material validation and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material-related quality issues.
• Perform risk assessments on new materials, molds, and suppliers to ensure reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material performance and processes.
