- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) and at least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering activities.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Tendencies analysis.
- Predictive Maintenance program.
- Job Plan optimization.
- Maintenance Program evaluation.
- Root Cause Analysis.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Oversee asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal strategies to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
- Analyze asset performance data to identify trends and develop reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies. Recommend improvements to increase asset uptime and efficiency.
- Utilize reliability analysis tools and software to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to asset performance. Prepare and present findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) to prioritize maintenance efforts and improve asset reliability.
- Drive initiatives to improve reliability and reduce costs through process optimization, root cause analysis, and implementation of best practices.
- Work closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on asset management goals and reliability strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of asset performance, maintenance activities, and reliability metrics. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the training of team members on reliability principles and asset management best practices.
