The Technical Part:
- Bachelor's in Life Science or Engineering with three (3+) years of experience in Process Validation activities within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Validation protocol generation and execution for manufacturing equipment.
- GMP & GDP compliance.
- Documentation and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Design and generate new validation documentation and technical justifications, including protocols and reports for equipment and processes.
- Evaluate and edit existing procedures as needed, incorporating feedback from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Execute validation protocols for equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support on the shop floor during experimental, engineering, or process validation runs.
- Maintain process documentation, such as manufacturing directions, batch records, and SOPs, to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Gather and analyze process data to monitor performance and generate product reports.
- Generate final validation closing reports to document project completion.
