Maintenance Engineering  Services.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field) and at least five (5) years of experience within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs.
  • Experience in: 
    • Development of Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs, spare parts strategy, and job plans.
    • Reviewing equipment and system design from maintainability and reliability perspectives.
    • Supporting maintenance strategy handover to equipment/system owners and CQV teams.
    • GMP environment and regulated industries.
    • Generation and approval of instrumentation data sheets and calibration instructions (preferred).
    • CMMS systems and maintenance documentation.
    • Root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans, job plans, and spare parts lists.
  • Review equipment and system designs to ensure maintainability and reliability standards are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and CQV teams to support commissioning and qualification activities.
  • Prepare and transfer maintenance strategies to equipment/system package owners.
  • Support the creation and approval of instrumentation data sheets and calibration procedures.
  • Ensure all maintenance documentation complies with regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
