The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field) and at least five (5) years of experience within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Development of Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs, spare parts strategy, and job plans.
- Reviewing equipment and system design from maintainability and reliability perspectives.
- Supporting maintenance strategy handover to equipment/system owners and CQV teams.
- GMP environment and regulated industries.
- Generation and approval of instrumentation data sheets and calibration instructions (preferred).
- CMMS systems and maintenance documentation.
- Root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans, job plans, and spare parts lists.
- Review equipment and system designs to ensure maintainability and reliability standards are met.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and CQV teams to support commissioning and qualification activities.
- Prepare and transfer maintenance strategies to equipment/system package owners.
- Support the creation and approval of instrumentation data sheets and calibration procedures.
- Ensure all maintenance documentation complies with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
