Senior Packaging Engineer

For Technical Packaging services in the Manufacturing and Engineering area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least twelve (12) years of previous exposure to within the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. 
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
• Experience in:
  • Packaging technologies and processes, including implementation, qualification, and validation.
  • GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Identifies opportunities and contributes to the development of solutions for quality process improvements, yield, efficiency, profitability, or compliance improvements related to the packaging process.
• Implementation of packaging process and technologies for new products and changes to the existing packaging process.
• Identification and implementation of packaging process improvements.
• Provides technical support to packaging areas for quality issues.
• Provides technical support to packaging areas to improve line efficiency.
• Actively support readiness for Regulatory audits and meeting commitments from such audits
• Develops and executes Validation Strategies for new packaging processes and
  configurations
• Completion on time of action items for Packaging Tech Transfer of consumer products
• Identification & implementation of packaging improvements in new processes, new packaging configurations, and new products.
• Active participation in Regulatory inspections.
