The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and over five years of (5+) years of experience in construction quality management within the regulated industry.
  • Certification in project management or a related field is preferred.
  • Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs.
  • Availability: Fully On-Site 
  • Experience in: 
    • Preparing, implementing, and monitoring Quality Plans for regulated federal construction projects (e.g., USACE/Government).

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor the Construction Quality Plan (CQP).
  • Ensure all activities adhere to company, industry, and GMP/cGMP standards
  • Lead pre-construction quality meetings to align all contractors and project teams.
  • Perform routine and detailed inspections and audits of construction work, systems, and installations to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Oversee and verify all incoming construction materials, equipment, and products, including review of Certificates of Compliance and material certifications.
  • Establish and enforce on-site quality standards for workmanship.
  • Document all findings accurately in inspection and test reports.
  • Manage, coordinate, and perform follow-up inspections for non-compliant work, ensuring all corrective actions/rework are properly implemented and documented.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all quality control activities and prepare regular quality reports for management.
  • Act as the central quality point of contact on-site.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to construction teams to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality risks and ensure a smooth workflow.
