Validation Engineer

For Validation services in the Manufacturing area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Engineering and five (5) or more years of experience in validation activities within the 
• biotechnology industry.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Bilingual, Spanish and English.
• Experience in:
• Generation and execution of manufacturing equipment protocol.
• GMP and SOP procedures. 
• IOQ, PQ, IQ, OQ protocols.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Generation and execution of the testing protocol.
• Tests automated system to determine critical of component loss prioritizes importance of components and writes recommendations for recovering losses and using backup/restore applicable procedures.
• Adheres to data integrity and system security applicable practices under these situations.
• Prepare operational qualification assessments to support that validated critical operating parameters are within qualified parameters.
• Support the evaluation of Change Controls to establish qualification assessments and performance qualification requirements during process and/or modifications.
• Support the periodic review of equipment/system qualification studies.
• Generate & execute protocols; IQ, OQ, PQ.
