For Equipment Automation and Safety services in the Manufacturing area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Associate or Bachelors Degree and at least one to two (1-2) years of previous exposure in Electronic/Automated equipment within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
  • Bilingual: (English and Spanish) 
  • Shift: Flexible to work in first shift (mainly) and in a second shift or split shift
  • Technical Documentation skills 
  • Experience in:
    • Electronic/automated equipment (installing and working with sensors, relays, PLC, wiring diagrams, E-Stop & reset button, switches, automated controls, curtains, tools, etc.)
    • Mechanical/Electric area (installing and working with small motors, belts, fixtures, controllers, axis, equipment assembly, wiring diagrams, protected doors/covers, tools, etc.)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Support in the improvement of safety, LOTO and ergonomic conditions of the equipment, which are located on over 25 manufacturing lines.
  • Line up, start, stop and secure equipment as required by the utilities site operation.
  • Abide by all safety rules and regulations.
  • Strictly follow company’s safety and cGMP policies and procedures.
  • Operate and supervise sophisticated plant equipment, with ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Support other departments or projects according to business needs.
  • Perform various "Housekeeping" activities, (i.e. keeping work areas clean, cleaning of equipment etc.)
  • Ensure that operational log paperwork, daily log files, and/or any other require documentation is completed with accurate information.
  • Support to develop, revise, and review SOPs or job plans/work plans.
