The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and four (4) years of exposure within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork skills
• Shift: 1st Shift. 
• Experience in: 
  • Allen Bradley PLC.
  • Application of statistical and analytical methods(SPC, SQC,DOE)
  • Automation and Control Engineer.
  • Machine Integration, calibration, and Sensors Technician.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Develops and applies computer aided design (CAD) software engineering methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution.
• Assessing architecture and hardware limitations plans technical projects in the design and development of CAD software.
• Defines and selects new approaches and implementation of CAD software engineering applications and design specifications and parameters.
• Develops routines and utility programs.
• Prepares design specifications, analysis and recommendations for presentation and approval.
• May specify materials, equipment, and supplies required for completion of projects and may evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products. 
• Mid-level Control/Systems Engineering with experience of connecting to machines both PLC and PC controlled and knowledge of Kepware and Ignition.
  Ability to connect new sensors and determine the best way to get data from these or back to the machine PLC.
• Ability to work with the site to define LAN drops and switch installs etc organize downtime windows for machine upgrades / LAN drop installs etc
• Knowledge of Databases and PC applications (Telegraf) would be nice but not essential.
