WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with 5 years of experience in document control within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Communication skills.
- Preferably bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Must have experience in:
- Drawing management procedures.
- Job plan development and implementation.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Interpret and understand P&IDs.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Manage and maintain all manufacturing-related documentation, including drawings, P&IDs, job plans, and SOPs.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to documentation within the SAP system.
- Interpret and apply P&IDs to support manufacturing processes and projects.
- Develop and maintain job plans for various manufacturing activities.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, managing files, and scheduling meetings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assist in data entry and database management.
- Provide information to internal staff, clients, and resources by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
