Validation Engineer - 176

For Validation Engineering services in the Manufacturing area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and at least three (3) years of previous exposure to Validation activities within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
• Experience in:
  • Generation and Execution of Validation Protocols (IOPQ, CSV)
  • GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Leads and execute cross-functional alignment on prioritization and execution plans for automation and digital solutions and roadmaps.
• Write and execute validation protocols including but not limited IOPQ, CSV (Computer System Validation).
• Prepare and execute all validation pre-requisites documentation as per local procedures.
• Establishes, local governance to track execution, and remove roadblocks to enable. successful delivery of project commitments.
• Guides core team members on successfully delivery of project commitments.
• Deploy and utilizes effective project risk management tools for successfully delivery of program commitments.
• Coach and guide core team on project expectations and track progress.
• Manage progress and financials (investments and benefits).
• Participate in program governance meeting and provide updates on progress and project communications.
• Provide regular updates to Quality leadership at various forums.
