The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical related field and five plus (5+) years of exposure within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferable)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Experience in GMP manufacturing, LEAN, automation, construction quality, project controls, safety, and scheduling

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Act as the owner's representative, ensuring that the project aligns with the owner's vision and requirements.
- Lead and manage manufacturing capital project consisting of both internal and external professionals to safely achieve project objectives from conceptual design through operational verification.
- Supervise the construction of the building's process trains and clean utilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
- Manage and oversee the construction of the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Be on-site 4 days a week to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure that all work is being performed according to the project plan.
- Provide feedback and comments on change orders, ensuring that any modifications are necessary, cost-effective, and do not compromise the project's integrity.
- Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects and ensure compliance to safety and environmental policies, procedures, and work rules.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with the project team, governance teams, business partners and other stakeholders, and facilitate issue resolution.
- Conducting regular site walkdowns to review quality and progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project costs, manage budgets, report on financial status, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
