WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. 
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Experience in:
    • Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g., SQMS, JDE, JDA).
    • Logistics operations, including freight forwarding, domestic transportation, and customs coordination.
    • Regulatory compliance and ISO standards applicable to the medical device industry.
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking in fast-paced environments.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) 

  • Liaise with freight forwarders, domestic transportation partners, customs, and government departments to ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality logistics operations.
  • Perform detailed analysis to improve supply chain operations and optimize material flow.
  • Investigate logistics, quality, and compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non-conformances, audit observations) using engineering principles and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with the BU Supply Chain team to obtain and analyze sales forecasts.
  • Fulfill customer orders and arrange prompt deliveries to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Negotiate with TDC Operations Group at 3PL to ensure resource availability for demands, including inventory storage and proper labeling.
  • Interact with Order Management System and Customer Service processes to manage documentation and product flow efficiently.
  • Adhere to company protocols, including Environmental Health & Safety and pandemic-related measures.
