For Project Engineering services in the Manufacturing areas.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) and at least four (4) years of experience with Industrial Equipment within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry. 
  • Project Management Tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) is preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
  • Experience in:
    • Project management, cost control, and development of guidelines, training, and programs is preferred.
    • Preparing User Requirements Specifications for process equipment.
    • OSHA and FDA regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop and prepare User Requirements Specifications (URS) for process and industrial equipment.
  • Create and manage contractor bidding packages for equipment construction and installation.
  • Oversee contractors to ensure full compliance with technical specifications and project standards.
  • Translate inputs from EHS, QA, Validation, and other internal functions into actionable project tasks.
  • Coordinate and track project activities across the site to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Maintain and update the project plan throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates for internal project forums and leadership reviews.
  • Lead process development, process improvements, technology introduction, capacity increases, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
  • Manage Design Control activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, regulatory expectations, and audit readiness.
  • Plan, design, integrate, and support qualification/validation of machinery and equipment while improving manufacturing methods and resolving technical issues.
