The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field and at least eight (8) years of previous exposure to Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
  • Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
  • Experience in:
    • Construction Projects 
    • MS Project 
    • GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Lead cross-functional project teams (engineering, QA, RA, EHSS, contractors) to deliver construction projects in compliance with JNJ requirements, GMP, and safety standards.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee daily site activities, ensuring proper coordination, safety practices, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Supervise and challenge contractors to ensure quality, schedule compliance, and cost control throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project budget closely, tracking actual costs against forecasts and implementing cost-control measures.
  • Maintain a detailed project schedule, manage critical path activities, and mitigate risks to prevent delays.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company-specific requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP, client safety protocols).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for plant leadership and project owner, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Foster a culture of safety and attention to detail, promoting proactive issue resolution and quality assurance.
  • Manage project closure, including final evaluations, documentation, lessons learned, and stakeholder sign-off.
