The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least six (6) years of experience in Project Management and Quality within the Regulated Industry.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal/written). 
  • Experience in:
    • Continuous Improvement OPEX Leader, Financial Acumen, Strategic Planning.
    • Budget management, automation of business performance activities and developing a Continuous Improvement framework.
    • Documentation, incumbent may be requested to support strategic QMS projects.
    • Workshop Design and Facilitation.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Experience owning and managing deviations, CAPA and/or Change Control records.
  • Experience managing teams across functions or sites.
  • Design and facilitate a business performance process in alignment with QOS&S Strategic vision.
  • Manage all aspects of project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
  • Design and develop automated report solutions to help manage the Business Performance office.
  • Interacts with cross-functional teams to maintain business performance metrics, project portfolio, and budget reviews.
  • Lead periodic project portfolio and financial reviews.
  • Define and Implement a Productivity Program, including tools and governance to support  Year over Year productivity mission.
  • Facilitates working sessions and business performance reviews.
  • Monitor progress toward key project deliverables; proactively escalate risks and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling or resourcing challenges.
  • Manage recurring team meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentation, pre-read material, documentation of decisions, and tracking of action items through to completion.
  • Codify the process with tools, templates and training for future utilization project planning & Tracking. 
  • Create and maintain integrated schedules for transformation initiatives and workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall program timelines.
  • May support activities in preparation and coordination of GxP L0 Quality Management Review.
