For Reliability Support services in the Engineering area

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:  

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least five (1) years experience in Maintenance related field in a Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience in:
  • Basic understanding of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, mechanical/electrical systems, or engineering principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, commissioning, or equipment qualification is a plus.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Support the development and optimization of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs for critical biopharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance teams with equipment reliability assessments, troubleshooting, failure investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze equipment performance and maintenance information to help identify reliability risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, Operations, and Quality teams throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Support equipment activities during design reviews, commissioning, startup, and IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Assist in developing maintenance strategies that improve equipment availability, reliability, maintainability, and cost effectiveness.
