- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least ten (10) years of previous experience in Project Management and/or Programs activities within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (good communication)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Lead the creation of a comprehensive project roadmap, including phases like preparation, execution, validation, and stabilization.
- Coordinate teams across different geographies, ensuring effective communication despite time zone or cultural differences.
- Manage resources such as equipment, personnel, and budget to ensure project delivery without delays or cost overruns.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities for each team member and department involved in the transfer.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to align on objectives, timelines, and any adjustments.
- Served as a mediator to resolve conflicts between departments or external vendors.
- Develop a risk assessment matrix to identify, prioritize, and monitor risks related to technical challenges, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory compliance.
- Implement contingency plans to address potential delays or failures in the transfer process.
- Ensure real-time tracking of risks and provide updates to the management team.
- Work closely with process engineers to ensure that the transferred manufacturing operations are optimized for efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing principles during and after the transfer.
- Analyze process performance data post-transfer to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure all transferred operations adhere to standards such as ISO or FDA regulations (depending on the industry).
- Maintain detailed records of every step in the manufacturing transfer, including process validation reports, performance data, and cost analyses.
- Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with industry and company standards.
