- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least five (5) years of exposure in Construction Project Engineering within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Develop Constructability and Execution plans, including development, review and approval of the construction plan documents for each of the impacted Buildings/areas.
- Ensure EHS by Design review and process is completed for the project.
- In collaboration with the project manager and the project controls team, support the Planning and Scheduling process.
- Provide support to develop scope of works for associate work to request proposals for contractors, suppliers, vendors.
- Facilitate, lead and documents risk assessments for project construction activities. Ensure mitigations are implement as part of the project construction plans and execution activities.
- Ensure contractors, workers and other staff is trained in the applicable construction plans before executing any work at site.
- Ensure contractor complies with Safety requirements. Ensure contractors submit work methods, Job Hazzard Analysis, Fondo Policies, and other documentation required.
- Lead and coordinate construction activities. Ensure work permits are coordinated with the F&E system owners/managers. Construction Management & Construction Coordination.
- Lead project activities and meetings. Ensure an action log is maintain as part of the meeting.
- Coordinate construction windows with area owners/managers in advance to project execution.
- Documents agreements and plans.
- Provide project updates. Ensure any issues are identified and bring on a timely manner to the site Project manager for resolution and mitigation.
- Ensure change management process is follow as part of the project planning, execution and closeout.
- Ensure required documentation is develop, approved and store to comply with CECP processes, Quality control & assurance, and any other Site Requirements (in alignment with applicable SOPs.)
- Ensure safety controls are implemented and maintain during construction activities.
- Perform safety inspection and document using GETS system. Ensure any actions items are close on a timely manner, including close out in the GETS system.
- Ensure documentation closes out and completes Transfer of Care Turnover.
