The Technical Part:
- Associate Degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Science or a related technical field is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Technical certification required. Equivalent experience in industrial maintenance, electronics, mechatronics, electrical technology, or related field is highly desirable.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, manufacturing support, or reliability-related activities within a regulated or industrial enviroment.
- Bilingual: (English and Spanish)
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) methodologies.
- Reliability tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, oil analysis, and precision alignment.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA), and continuous improvement practices.
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Microsoft Office applications and maintenance reporting tools

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Perform preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance activities, inspections, and reliability checks on manufacturing equipment, utilities, and support systems.
- Monitor equipment condition and identify early signs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, or control system failures.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to diagnose equipment issues and restore systems to reliable operating conditions.
- Collect, analyze, and document maintenance and reliability data, including downtime, failure history, maintenance findings, and condition-monitoring results.
- Utilize diagnostic technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, oil analysis, alignment tools, and other predictive maintenance techniques.
- Accurately document work orders, maintenance activities, inspection results, corrective actions, and equipment history within the CMMS.
- Participate in root cause investigations and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring failures.
- Recommend improvements to preventive maintenance programs, predictive maintenance routes, spare parts strategies, and reliability procedures.
- Support equipment reliability assessments, risk evaluations, FMECA activities, and asset performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Planning, and Asset Management teams to improve equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Support installation, startup, qualification, and continuous improvement projects for new and existing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements while performing maintenance and reliability activities.
- Contribute to standardization, training initiatives, maintenance best practices, and continuous improvement efforts.
