• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Administration and (5) five years of experience in the regulated industry. 
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English).
• Soft Skills: Leadership, proactivity, and autonomy.
• Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs. 
• Experience in:
  • Influencing across functions and business units while balancing divergent objectives to gain cooperation from key stakeholders.
  • Receiving assignments in objective-oriented terms with the autonomy to reinterpret and define deliverables
  • Project management, including operational proficiency in Microsoft Project.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) 

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management, project team, and line management.
• Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services, involving departmental or cross-functional teams.
• Reviews the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
