The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree and previous experience supporting procurement activities.
- Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs
- Experience in:
- Coordinating purchasing activities.
- Maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Process and verify project-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and required approvals.
- Monitor invoice status and follow up on pending items.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
Assist with preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Track orders, delivery dates, and supplier status for capital project materials.
Obtain quotes from vendors and support basic bid/price comparisons.
Maintain procurement logs, files, and documentation for audits and project records.
Communicate with suppliers regarding order updates, delays, or issues.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure procurement needs are met.
Verify invoices against purchase orders and deliveries before submitting for approval.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and project requirements.
